These terms apply to the Mzya app and this site, published by Brahim Guaali, in Dubai (United Arab Emirates). By using Mzya you accept them.
The service
Mzya helps a family organise a wedding: guests, budget, calendar, tables, providers and notes, shared between organisers. The app is in testing: features may change, and we do our best to keep it available without being able to guarantee it at every moment.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for the invitation codes you share. An organiser you invite can see and change the wedding according to their role.
What you enter
The wedding's information remains yours. By adding guests you confirm that you know them and that you will tell them, where needed, that their names are recorded for the organisation. Do not use Mzya for bulk messaging or for anything unlawful.
Basic and Pro
Basic is free and will show light advertising. Pro is bought once per wedding, through the App Store or Google Play, for 12 months, with no automatic renewal; the price is shown in the app before purchase. Refunds follow the rules of the store used.
Liability
Mzya is an organising tool: decisions, payments to providers and agreements with them remain between you and them. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the app.
Ending
You can stop and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account used against these terms.
